If you were with us last month, we recapped this year with some of our Executive Team. While we celebrated a lot of growth and success in 2020, we know we’re not alone when saying it was also a year of challenges and uncertainty. There’s going to be headaches as we enter the new year and a lot is still unknown, but one thing is for certain – your Master Agent shouldn’t be causing one of those headaches. Join our Executive Team again as they discuss some of our bigger goals of next year.
Improving the sub-agent and their customer’s experience is our primary focus of 2021. “Innovative will be expanding on what’s already been built this year. Continuing to simplify, automate, and collapse cumbersome Carrier processes into a better experience will be our big picture goal,” begins Shane Fugazy, Innovative’s VP of sales. “Some of our peers in the industry focus solely on automation, whereas others ignore automation to emphasize employees. At Innovative, I believe we have struck a solid balance of technology and talent.”
Mathew Marshall, Innovative’s manager of business intelligence and compensation states, “Telecom can be a difficult industry to navigate and the experience is not always what it should be for the customer. We strive to solve these inefficiencies by automating Carrier complexities.” Access to tools that allow a sub-agent to sell without barriers and empowering our downline are all ways we’ve made it easier to do business with Innovative.
Innovative has assembled a team of telecom professionals ready to tackle the new year with you. “We focus on providing partners with the resources to sell how they want to sell. We have automation and software, a behind-the-scenes back office team, and shoulder-to-shoulder options with our Sales Execution Team,” says Shane.
With Gina Standlee leading the charge as Innovative’s VP of operations, processes have never been better. Next year, Gina will be focusing on pipeline management to ensure all orders receive the attention they deserve. We’ll be fine-tuning back office to ensure status updates are regularly and properly documented in RPM. Needless to say, Innovative sub-agents can expect an even better overall experience for themselves and their customers next year.
Next year is all about giving back. You’ll find us volunteering in our community, shopping with local small businesses, and rewarding our sub-agent’s hard work next year. Our 2021 contest, The Channel Masters, is our biggest contest to date, rewarding sub-agents for their dedication to Innovative. It’s time you’re recognized for your hard work, because without you, Innovative wouldn’t be here today.
