Innovative Business Solutions has named Shane Fugazy as its VP of Sales and Strategic Partnerships. In this role, Shane will be responsible for managing Innovative’s Partner Managers, agent and partner relations, and business development. Shane’s cable background will be a substantial value-add to the Innovative team as the company continues its growth as “The” master agent for fulfilling cable services.
Shane’s understanding of Comcast’s systems will bolster Innovative’s back office team’s ability to serve customers. The company expects to see considerable improvements in the overall sales process and quoting time frames as well as in partner support. The knowledge and experience Shane gained from starting a channel from nothing will be an asset to Innovative’s business partners, both those starting to grow their businesses and those looking to expand.
Shane comes to Innovative from a Divisional Director role at Comcast Business. Shane began his time with Comcast as an outside sales rep, and over the course of his 10-year tenure with the company, worked his way up the ranks. After becoming one of Comcast Business’s first Partner Sales Managers, he eventually assumed the role of Divisional Director, where he led the top PSM team in the United States.
